Health & Fitness Tips for the Bride-to-Be
Bride-to-be, this is your season to glow from the inside out. As you prepare for your big day, remember—your health, energy, and confidence are just as important as the dress and décor. 💖
Here are a few Girlfriendz Challenge tips to help you feel your absolute best:
💪 Move with Purpose
Focus on functional strength—squats, lunges, core, and posture work—to feel strong, stand tall, and move gracefully on your wedding day.
🥗 Nourish to Flourish
Choose whole foods, lean proteins, fruits, veggies, and plenty of water. Balanced nutrition supports radiant skin, steady energy, and healthy weight goals.
😌 Manage Stress & Sleep
Wedding planning can be exciting—but busy. Prioritize rest, deep breathing, and light stretching to stay calm, centered, and refreshed.
👗 Train for the Dress
Practice posture, upper-body strength, and core stability so your gown fits beautifully and you feel confident in every photo.
